Waiora's New Emerald Bonus is a Winner
This week, Waiora annouced some great new additionas to the compensation plan. I didn't want to respond until I looked at them closely, and glad I did. They make the plan even more attractive. Here is the information on the Emerald bonus in an email sent out by one of our top leadership.... They also have made some changes to the Diamond Bonus. Prior to, you had to be a single diamond in order to collect the bonus (meaning you had to help one of your teammates in a leg go to diamond).
